Can I use two GPU's for my Hackintosh Machine?

Hi there! I've currently got a machine that has an RTX 2070 and I understand that it doesn't have NVIDIA Web Drivers. I want to get macOS Big Sur running on my machine so I was planning on getting an EVGA GTX 970 Graphics Card. Am I able to run macOS on the GTX 970 and keep Windows running on my RTX 2070 as it's best for my gaming sessions. I'm just wondering if this is possible, If it is then I'll get getting a secondary Graphics Card. I think I will be able to switch Graphics card with a DSDT file but I'd like more of a professional view on my situation.

Let me know, Jack.
