Question, when it reboots the reboot is like the one in the video, a cold reboot out of nothing?

Cause when it reboots OC gives me an option to boot the installer directly however the installer does not continue, it starts all over...

I have the same problem, I made my EFI folder following the video and reboot with 12 minutes left, I tried with the EFI folder in the forum topic "Folders for All Chipsets (Clover and OpenCore)" --CHIPSET SERIE 30, 40 (COOFFELAKE / COMETLAKE ) but the same thing happens. What could it be? Thanks.

My problem was that it restarted but I had to keep entering the option Installer Mac then it worked, I did it about 3 times and finished installing it. Thanks.
