Greetings Maldon! System is running with your appropriate EFI. Any DSDT patching for this setup would be much appreciated sir. I have also installed a Gigabyte GC-AlpineRidge Thunderbolt Card. Do I need to activate the drivers within Windows initially? Thank you very much.

Thanks very much Maldon. I only have the options in the pictures attached. I used your "nvidia-update command" to install the webdriver, however upon boot, by default it loads "Default MacOS Graphics".. when I switch to "Nvidia Web Driver".. upon reboot it's ok, until the next time I boot when it goes back to MacOS. Thanks again.

Greetings Maldon... For some reason, Logic Pro X crashes upon launching. Been running this software for a few years, but never on this specific system. I've re-installed High Sierra 10.13.6, to make sure there was no driver conflict and the same crash. Any thoughts? Thanks very much.
