It keep loading in login screen. Sometimes get into desktop but nothing appears without dock. What can be the problem?

One thing, after direct shut downing and restarting hundreds of time. It boots perfectly for once and run very well.

i5 9400 + Gigabyte H310M S2H 2.0 + 16Gb RAM

update all kexts and bootloaders. if problem stay there create new video patch if u use intelhd
