Francesco Quaranta Posted November 1, 2020 Posted November 1, 2020 (edited) Hi, I installed successfully High Sierra and all is working except the touchpad. I tried many solutions without results. Francesco Quaranta Posted November 1, 2020 Author Posted November 1, 2020 Ok, I'm sending the files without full efi/clover because this page doesn't allow size bigger than 2,93 MB. I send an image of all kexts , In the acpi folder of efi there is only SSDT-OLARILA and the config.plist I sent before. Send me MacBook-Pro-di-francesco 3.zip Kexts_Display.zip

Francesco Quaranta Posted November 2, 2020 Author Posted November 2, 2020 My Clover.zip is 23 MB, how can I upload please, since I can't attach it to this message? The height is due to the kexts I sent already the image

Francesco Quaranta Posted November 3, 2020 Author Posted November 3, 2020 Thanks for the info. Here is the link of my full sendme file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/15tirTFaf-W7NGjnX49ibChKurDOivJfA/view?usp=sharing I noted a second problem, there is no possibility of monitor duplication with the hdmi port. (System uses nvidiawebdrivers for graphic acceleration. I have the hope to use one day also the discrete nvidia card, as someone succeeded).

Francesco Quaranta Posted November 7, 2020 Author Posted November 7, 2020 Sorry, because a mistake I had to reinstall the system, but now the configuration is simpler, it is your vanilla image for high Sierra untouched and your Efi folder for clover notebook 100. There are always the same 2 problems: no touchpad and no hdmi monitor duplication (it causes panic and restart every time I connect external monitor). Here is my runme file. https://yadi.sk/d/PHAXeCivqnrIRQ Thanks for your availability.
Administrators MaLd0n Posted November 8, 2020 Administrators Posted November 8, 2020 use dsdt above hdmi , use macbookpro14,1 smbios and this patch Quote <key>PciRoot(0)/Pci(0x02,0)</key> <dict> <key>AAPL,ig-platform-id</key> <data>AADAhw==</data> <key>device-id</key> <data>FlkAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con1-alldata</key> <data>AQUJAAAIAACHAQAA</data> <key>framebuffer-con1-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con2-alldata</key> <string><02040a00 00080000 87010000></string> <key>framebuffer-con2-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-fbmem</key> <data>AACQAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-patch-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-stolenmem</key> <data>AAAwAQ==</data> </dict> -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Hackintosh Support since 2006 HERE
Francesco Quaranta Posted November 8, 2020 Author Posted November 8, 2020 (edited) Hi, I simply put your DSDT in EFI/ACPI/Patched, no change about touchpad, but the screen trembles or blinks, and the boot stops for many seconds at “IGPU driver failed to load”. About hdmi I changed the old code with the new one in config.plist - devices - property and now no panic and restart, in superior bar there is an icon for monitor duplication, but there is only option “use as separate monitor”, while in system preferences no external monitor, which has a black screen. [My external monitor is a LG Ultrawide 3440x1440 (43-18)]. Here is the runme files https://yadi.sk/d/PHAXeCivqnrIRQ Edited November 8, 2020 by Francesco Quaranta
Francesco Quaranta Posted November 9, 2020 Author Posted November 9, 2020 (edited) Solved. Touchpad and hdmi duplication work now with a Clover configuration for this laptop with High Sierra already installed. It is necessary to remove from /S/L/E/ AppleIntelLpssI2C.kext and AppleIntelLpssI2CController.kext. I share it, hoping to help someone else. Thanks for the support. https://yadi.sk/d/i1KPKIS88d54lQ Edited November 16, 2020 by Francesco Quaranta 1
