Use some app like md5summer to calculate the checksum and compare with the one (if) provided where you got the dmg. Tried with another USB drive. Don't have another HD to try it on I tried with other bootloaders too, but they don't recognise the USB. Why's that? Also could I be getting this error message because of my specs?

I use my laptop connected to HDMI (which works fine) but if I close the lid the computer goes to sleep and wont come back from it. Didn't used to do that before the DSDT you made for me. I guess I need something else like the SleepEnabler.kext. Sorry for been such pain but after trying to compile a DSDT on my own for a long time I finally came across you that is willing to help. Thanks

ctuprde Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 I installed OSX 10.6.3 to an IDE HDD successfully using Nawcoms Mod CD. Everything worked fine, until i restarted and plugged in my other SATA drives. They appear in finder, but when i browse through them the PC locks up and i cant do anything. I am using the 64bit AppleNForceATA.kext, and everything was working perfectly until i plugged in the SATA drives. Any ideas?

In Lion if I put the computer to sleep it wont wake and have to force it to shut down using the power button and when I turn it back on it will reset the computer's bios. "weird" Because in my Snow leopard partition I have to force the computer to shut down using the power button too but when I turn it back on what I get is the computer returning from sleep.
