I don't know if the submit button includes a dsdt.dsl original. I had a dsdt.aml file with some basic attempted manual patches. I'm going to include the original dump here just in case you didn't get it. This is what i do: - Start DSDT editor - File -> Extact DSDT - Patch -> Open -> Then i choose DV^ Nehalem GENERIC.txt Then DSDT freeze Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

maze Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 I'm using ur DSDT auto patcher multiplatform for some reason every time I open it I get this error saying "Cannot access sever to retrieve list datas. Check your internet connection and reopen the app." Well my internet is fine so I tried reopened the app same thing happens anyone know whats the problem? Thanks,

maze Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 @ oldnapalm That's sad to know However I have tried using the DSDTEditor Multiplatform and patched it using the txt file from ur patch thread. But when I tried boot it I get kernel panic. I'm using Chameleon Bootloader 2.0 RC4 with 10.6.8 I was wondering could it be the bootloader it self? Because I think the bootloader is not using the dsdt, which I put in the 'extras' folder. Do i need do type any commands or just boot? I have attached my patch so maybe if u could see is there any problem. btw MaLd0n I'm the person with the P5QL_PRO who posted on insanelymac about the 8gb memory upgrade causing it to kernel panic if u can remember. So i added the memory patched it again and thats what i got i. Apologies for my bad english Thanks, dsdt.zip

M11xR2 installed already by Retail SL 10.6.3 Run into Mac os with iboot legacy multishit 3.8 with user dsdt + system build -> reboot can't boot to SL (just apple screen logo's) just info my M11x r2 have Nvidia GeForce GT 335M Discrete Graphics (1GB GDDR3) with switchable Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics and no have discrete graphics switch on/off at BIOS..maybe that's cause a problem.. http://linux-hybrid-graphics.blogspot.com/2010/10/howto-allienware-m11x-r2-nvidia-optimus.html Thanks for your help..
