Two way :

1.

  • UIScale in opencore section
    • 01: Standard resolution
    • 02: HiDPI (generally required for FileVault to function correctly on smaller displays)

2. patch by Hakinool app.

got a kernel panic check this

Natural things because i dont have the same machin so :

1. Revew your bios and set it by index OpenCore pages > https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config-laptop.plist/icelake.html#intel-bios-settings

-Intel BIOS settings

  • Note: Most of these options may not be present in your firmware, we recommend matching up as closely as possible but don't be too concerned if many of these options are not available in your BIOS

 Disable

  • Fast Boot
  • Secure Boot
  • Serial/COM Port
  • Parallel Port
  • VT-d (can be enabled if you set DisableIoMapper to YES)
  • CSM
  • Thunderbolt(For initial install, as Thunderbolt can cause issues if not setup correctly)
  • Intel SGX
  • Intel Platform Trust
  • CFG Lock (MSR 0xE2 write protection)(This must be off, if you can't find the option then enable AppleXcpmCfgLock under Kernel -> Quirks. Your hack will not boot with CFG-Lock enabled)

 Enable

  • VT-x
  • Above 4G decoding
  • Hyper-Threading
  • Execute Disable Bit
  • EHCI/XHCI Hand-off
  • OS type: Windows 8.1/10 UEFI Mode
  • DVMT Pre-Allocated(iGPU Memory): 256MB
  • SATA Mode: AHCI

2. Search by this guid for a solution kernel panic here  > https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/troubleshooting/extended/kernel-issues.html#stuck-on-eb-log-exitbs-start

Hello Guys! A newbie here,

So, after a long time of trying and failing I installed BigSur from @bss111 EFI. But I am not getting graphics acceleration. Wifi is good. Audio is broken but usb earphones work. HDMI not working. Extremely laggy.  Trackpad working perfectly (ELAN). Keyboard is working as well but I am not sure wether it is mapped correctly.

So, if anyone can help me get graphics acceleration , I will be eternally grateful .Please, at this stage I am desperate. ☺️ Thanks!

Here are my specs:

ASUS Vivobook S15

Ice Lake i5

Nvidia MX 250 (I have already given up hopes on this one :(

12 GB RAM
