It's easy on my machine. Just download and the system will do their job. But some user reported kernel panic and 'Full Installer Required' case. Please do attach a screenshot of the panic.. would help a lot in diagnosing the problem! A generic solution you could try is to update to the latest version of OpenCore and update all kexts. Usually fixes update issues!

Try replacing it with the latest release and the second one is because of an older version of opencore. Try the EFI below, should work just fine.
