Hi, all friend asked for help with is old mac pro with dual xenon 2009 had on it OSX ML its second hand and he tried to reinstall system have now problem with installing from recovery HDD during installation is asking apple ID typed correctly returning an error as is not as registered 1st user. Tried Bootable USB however somehow can't boot from IT and recovery HDD overrides USB and issues come up again, tried bootable USB with Mavericks and it's returning to original osx 10.7 ML. how can I sort it out? Suggestions and advises most welcome

New run me file as requested, in clover options fake ID set to 00000000. still without any improvement with wifi. Thanks for helping out. Send me Kriss-MacBook-Air.zip

@Mald0n I've used ESP and transferred DSDT to clover patches folder, reboot laptop seem all ok now still trying fix wifi to be detected internal or external. Now do I need to run DSDT file via AML app ? If in Clover will enter false wifi ID would it help ?? Thanks

Installed it and same as it was no ethernet or wifi detected in system information no PCI card or device and in network wifi io80211 family 12.(1200.12.2) airport utility 6.3.9(639.7) i dont get it how both usb 3.0 ports detecting storage devices but none of wifi dongles. Tried 5 diffrent seem not power on, might be some usb issue ? USB 2.0 ports are not woking in my laptop and no longer connceted to MB

Installed Mojave 10.14.3 so far so good booting from Clover each time, however unable to turn on wifi, even external tp link rt722 v1 or 2 with V2 drivers installed please have a glance on my sys info and advise or create patch to fix problems please and how to apply it once ready. other than that audio work fine can't open video files from secondary HDD Send me Kriss-MacBook-Air.zip

Thanks so leave GPU as it is or I need to disable it so it won't be an issue in future? BTW Beer on me Might try dualboot with my pc i7 6700k , gtx 1080 and z170p asus -

Hello, Greetings All I've installed Mojave 10.14.3 followed all instructions and now I can boot it without USB stick, audio is enabled just wifi and ethernet are not working, how can I enable it please ? I have gtx 960M not sure is it Optimus is 4GB version so I'd like to enable it as well to do so I need an internet connection on my laptop. Installed Airport for Atheros located in installation USB doesn't work, I've also tried TP-LINK TL-WN722N wireless network adapter not detected tho. Thanks -
Thanks for quick reply, I've noticed more support for atheros in mojave so will try it now. If something goes wrong where can i post for help ?

Hi what would you suggest for Acer aspire v17 i7 4720HQ with 128ssd and 1tb hdd, nvidia gtx960M 4gb ? i installed high sierra and i couldnt enable wifi, ethernet , sound plus clover installed and folder copied never boot into osx instead kept restarting my laptop was able only turn it on with usb stick and your version of clover. Please advise, thanks
