@MaLd0n Would it be possible to request a patched DSDT? I've recently moved over to OC. Donation sent ?. My specs are: Lenovo ideapad 500-14ISK Intel i5-6200U Intel HD 520 ALC236 http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=00068219475709810915 I am having the following issues: Audio is not working, no sound Trackpad works but I can't use any of the scrolling functions or tap to right click (gestures) USB ports are not detected correctly unless using SSDT-EC-USBX-LAPTOP Sleep is not working - laptop wakes instantly when lid is closed Ethernet not working - not sure if this error relates to needing a DSDT patch? Ethernet [RealtekRTL8111]: region #2 not an MMIO resource, aborting. No time remaining showing on battery stats - unless this is a Big Sur thing Thank you

I tried this patch using MaciASL: into_all method label _PRW remove_entry; into_all all code_regex Name.*_PRW.*\n.*\n.*\n.*\n.*\}\) remove_matched; But after I apply the patch and try to compile the DSDT it gives me an error. 15490, 6126, syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_ADD, expecting PARSEOP_CLOSE_PAREN I don't know why I am getting that error as I am only applying the patch above. Do you have any ideas? Thank you

Thanks, tried to edit my DSDT in MaciASL using your patch but get a compile error and I can't save it. Am I doing it wrong?

I fixed the audio issue by updating to the latest AppleALC.kext & lilu.kext. Thank you, I have found something strange with audio. On a fresh boot the sound does not work, if I press 'Sleep' the computer sleeps for a second then immediately wakes up. The sound then works after wake. Do you have any idea why sound would only work after pressing sleep then waking? I've followed the guide you suggested and nothing seems to fix it. Unfortunately the laptop does not sleep, I press sleep it goes off momentarily and then the screen comes back on. When I close the lid the display goes off but the laptop doesn't sleep either. Do you know what could be wrong? Thank you again

Thank you again for your continued help. I followed your instructions but I am now getting a kernel panic during boot. Here is the image: If I use intel fake gfx I do not get a panic but when OS loads trackpad no longer works.

Thank you. It has now installed successfully and I'm tweaking using various drivers I've found for my device model. The only real problem I have is that I have to set fake intel gfx 0x12345678 on every boot in Clover. Is there a way to resolve that? Thank you, I've tried all of these and it still hangs at End RandomSeed. I can see at the top of the page it is using the file/driver but no good on any of them. I found another config for my device on another forum which does go further but ends up with a kernel panic and restarts. This is the config file from the other forum. Any ideas?
