I cannot extract High Sierra image using winRAR extractor. Any suggest?

Hi, masters! First I want to thanks I am being approved for join this forum. I am a new learning people who wants to do experience with my old laptop Lenovo ThinkPad L412. I don't really know whether it is too old to be installed Hackintosh in it. So I am trying to install OS X El Capitan to have my first experience.
