One small (theoretical) question, to avoid opening the new thread. When people started injecting GPUs through DSDT over decade ago, everyone was using GFX0 as a name of device, regardless of SMBIOS. As we know from original Macs: GFX0 is used for iMacs, GFX1 and GFX2 for Mac Pro 6.1 and PXS1 for Mac Pro 5.1. I have tested both options and I know that both are working in my example. But does that make any difference? Should PXS1 be used with Mac Pro 5.1 SMBIOS?

Yes, I know - I was already using headless IGPU on other build with this card. But this retro build was passion project and I want it to get it right. Thank you again

I can't unfortunately. Just tried them again .... black screen on second display, random friezes when GPU is under load. That doesn't happen with DSDT injection and both displays are working only that way. So I guess I can put back RX 580 injection into DSDT? Thank you very much for your help. Sending a bear over PP

Ok, back to Plugin Type, result seems good. Full dump attached. BTW - I was not using Lilu and WEG because that never worked for dual displays in this setup (second display stays black). And it is not the card (XFX RX 580 XXX) issue, because that same card is working on other motherboard with and without WEG. Anyway I used them for this test. Files-Mac-Pro.zip

Thanx! Files attached. From some reason when I let Clover to generate C and P states (as you set it), my Gekbench drops about 1000 points... which is strange as I know that should be default for this generation of motherboards. IOReg_Result.zip

Hi, I'm working on this retro build, workstation that I always wanted to have - Supermicro X8DAE6 - 2x Xeon X5690 (12 cores, 24 threads total) - Mojave 10.14.4 Basically everything is working great, but I can't get AppleLPC to load without "FakeLPC" mask in Clover, and that is kinda getting on my nerves because the goal of this Mac Pro 5,1 clone project is to be as much "vanilla" as possible . Of course without AppleLPC there is some drop in performance. I have tried LPC DSDT patch for ICH10 but without success. Also I would appreciate if you can take a look at DSDT and see if I'm missing anything else that is obvious. I'm attaching current DSDT, original DSDT without modifications, Clover config file. Thank you in advance! (btw you will see that I'm injecting RX 580 and Orinoco FB through DSDT, because that is currently the only way to have dual monitors with XFX RX 580 XXX). Files.zip
