can not boot without usb drive

after first time successfully install macOS 10.15.4, I can not boot without usb drive. I mean I have to insert olarila installer usb drive to boot Mac. and I can not shutdown my pc, every time its restart. my pc info - 9th gen i3 msi h310m pro-vh radeon rx 580 16 gb ddr4 ram 256 gb ssd plz help Thanks
