  1. This command does not return anything. I looked in /var/log/powermanagement/ and found a power report. Here is what happens: 22:11:17.336611 +0100 powerd Entering DarkWake state due to 'Software Sleep pid=93': 22:11:17.336715 +0100 powerd [system: PrevIdle PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask SRPrevSleep kCPU kDisp] 22:11:17.340723 +0100 powerd [system: PrevIdle PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask SRPrevSleep IPushSrvc kCPU kDisp] 22:11:32.338329 +0100 powerd [system: PrevIdle PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask SRPrevSleep kCPU kDisp] 22:11:32.338379 +0100 powerd Summary- [system: PrevIdle PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask kCPU kDisp] Using AC 22:11:53.858899 +0100 powerd [system: PrevIdle PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask kCPU kDisp] 22:12:15.139101 +0100 powerd [system: PrevIdle PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask kCPU kDisp] 22:12:15.139226 +0100 powerd [system: PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask kCPU kDisp] 22:12:29.992499 +0100 powerd [system: PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask kCPU kDisp] 22:12:48.072250 +0100 powerd [system: PrevSleep DeclUser BGTask kCPU kDisp] 22:12:48.073606 +0100 powerd Kernel Idle sleep preventers: IODisplayWrangler According to this: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/307151/significance-of-iodisplaywrangler-in-power-management-assertions#310992 It seems that it might be the display that prevents my Hack to sleep... but it's been sleeping before... Anyway, can I use OpenCore with the DSDT you made for Mojave?
  2. The display goes to sleep but the computer does not. It does not even try: all lights stay on. Usually it takes 15 to 20 seconds to go to sleep but now it just won't. "Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off" is not checked. "Wake for network access" is not checked. PowerNap is not checked. pmset -g returns: System-wide power settings: Currently in use: autorestart 0 Sleep On Power Button 1 halfdim 1 hibernatefile /var/vm/sleepimage proximitywake 0 powernap 0 networkoversleep 0 disksleep 10 sleep 15 (sleep prevented by cloudphotosd, configd, backupd, backupd, mds_stores, sharingd) hibernatemode 0 ttyskeepawake 1 displaysleep 15 womp 0
  3. Hi Daniel, You created a DSDT for me for iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS with Vega 56 that works well on Mojave (but lost ability to sleep for some reason). I'd like to upgrade to Catalina and OpenCore 0.5.2. Do I need a new DSDT? I uploaded the send-Me archive. Send me UnMacX-1.lan.zip
  4. Hi @MaLd0n Thanks for looking into my DSDT dump and EFI. I see the new structure for PEG0 in IOReg. Thanks for the USB SSDT as well the hack boots much faster without the purple glitches when the graphics drivers load! I booted with your EFI and generated a new SendMe file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_8g8XbF9VB9DyqllfXXZvV7rHIj9wzrh. I also booted without Whatevergreen, the GFX0 device disapears: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1RphWHLoHOw4mzVQ27Aa-oHw-QkGFR1Jo What I'd like to do is to get full utilisation of the GPU without relying on Whatevergreen. From what I red, Apple apps like Compressor and Final Cut Pro work better without Whatevergreen when the Radeon RX Vega 56 8 GB appearing as a Radeon Vega Pro 56 like on an iMac Pro and using the Iriri frame buffer in a SSDT. Is it possible? { "AAPL,slot-name", Buffer (0x07) { "Slot-1" }, "@0,name", Buffer (0x0A) { "ATY,Iriri" }, "@1,name", Buffer (0x0A) { "ATY,Iriri" }, "@2,name", Buffer (0x0A) { "ATY,Iriri" }, "@3,name", Buffer (0x0A) { "ATY,Iriri" }, "device_type", Buffer (0x0A) { "ATY,Iriri" }, "model", Buffer (0x13) { "Radeon Pro Vega 56" },
  5. Hi MaLdon, The file is too big to attach. Here is the Gdrive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F3fpK3f3cTTYGrGLNcibzY-LjRv9Muky/view?usp=drivesdk
  6. Hi, I need your help to patch my Hack DSDT for full Vega card support with Iriri or Karamang frame buffers. I turned off iGPU in bios but I think it is still showing as GFX0 in the ACPI table... RunMe done while started with Whatevergreen loaded: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F3fpK3f3cTTYGrGLNcibzY-LjRv9Muky/view?usp=sharing Also find the ACPI dump done under Windows (acpi_dsdt.aml) Also find attached the IOReg dump from a real iMac Pro. I'd like to get a similar configuration for my Vega card to get full acceleration. acpi_dsdt.aml.zip ioreg-iMacPro.txt
