Done The first part of the instalation is done, when is the time to reboot, it does but no SSD is show in clover

I followed the instalation guide, and managed to get into the instalation proccess (El Capitan OSX) and get into the reboot after the first part of the instalation. When. it reboot Clover doesn´t show the SSD where the instalation is, only shows the USB instalation again. (sorry about my english) What can I do?
