Without NullCPUPM kext system reboots so fast . I cannot even take a monitor screenshoot . Any suggestions?

Hi everybody! I need a help in fixing (patching) DSDT file for ASUS x79 Sabertooth LGA2011 motherboard. I cannot enter my system (MacOSX 10.7.3) without NullCPUPowerManagement.kext, I feel I did something wrong in DSDT edits. I have already applied patch AICPMPatch the new version and still I am unable to get rid of NullCPUPowerManagement.kext.
