Hello Mald0n! I've given up from Mojave for a while and downgraded to High Sierra using Olarila's raw image. There's too many issues to fix in Mojave on my Dell N5110 and the instability was driving me crazy. It was rare when I could actually shutdown the laptop instead force rebooting because of a system hang. I really don't know how some ppl could make it run perfectly on this machine... Curious thing, the AtherosWifiInjector.kext you sent me worked perfectly (finding all SSID) but just at the first time. In Mojave and even High Sierra I can enable wifi but there's no SSID to connect to. About USB fixing is being a real challenge! I've tried to read and follow carefully the post you have suggested but seems like that topic is more for the well experienced hackintoshers, where several steps are not well explained to a newjoiner. I'm almost a month on this project (I've read lots of info here, other forums and the whole Clover Wiki) but still fell myself like a newbie in several aspects. GenericUSBXHCI.kext and mXHCD.kext made all USB ports work, however there's no mention on USB3 overall. One print is attached. About audio, no success on using AppleHDA patcher. I could generate all the files, but it simply doesn't work. AppleALC worked fine for 2 times, then trying to fix USB suddenly ain't working anymore. I even had installed AppleALC and Lilu kexts on S/L/E but no results. In FILES folder there's two RunMe app, which one should I use to prepare new file? I'm using the same DSDT you have prepared for me. Should I keep using it or another one is necessary on High Sierra? I'm using also a SSDT generated from SSDT_Automator and ticked off Pstates and Cstates generation. Sorry for the long post and questions. I'm doing a deep search, but it's so difficult to find proper and clear information besides here...

I'm using DPCIManager app on OSX. To check which kexts are loaded on, I'm getting it from Kext Wizard app. BTW, Astra is also a good app to check hardware in Windows. It was the only one to show up my Dell Wireless 1702 Atheros chipset name and my correct embedded IDT audio device.

Thanks Mald0n! System issues so far are: - Freezes especially when I connect something to the USB3 ports (nothing happens on USB2 port). Sometimes freezes with no apparent reason. I just have got all USB ports working after selecting "3rd party USB 3.0" and "Remove XHCI USB port limit" options on multishit. - System ain't returns from sleep (black screen then I've to reboot it). - No Wifi (Dell Wireless 1702 / Atheros AR9285) so far. - No audio (IDT 92HD87B1/3) I've tried vanilla AppleHDA and patch (rename HDAS to HDEF), plus audio inject 12, but no results. - Magic Trackpad 1 freezes when I try 3+ fingers gestures (one or two fingers works fine). Apple Keyboard 1 works fine. Then some issues I didn't try to solve yet but is about brightness keys and controls. Mojave had been installed using "Mojave patcher" app and USB stick installer has been generated from a real MacBook Pro. I've got applied all post install patches except audio. I'm so excited to see everything running well and smooth! I'm enjoying a lot the whole process! Send me Gustavos-MacBook-Pro.zip

Thanks Mald0n for the DSDT and patches! At least one step is finally done. Now I'm trying to get stability and wifi on my system. IDK why, but every boot is a surprise. Sometimes it won't load Kernel, other BT stops working, as well as USB ports. Some boots I've got both screens working without artifacts, other times just my monitor screen. Is this normal on Hackintoshes or OSX on N5110 should be more stable? Another question is if SSDT are necessary. I've tried to use one from multishit but I got KP. Is there any point I should focus to get rid of these frequent freezes/instability? I've tried a deep search on this forum and Insanelymac plus tonycrap but everything sounds outdated regarded to my laptop. :/ Anyway, thanks again for this awesome work you're doing here!

Hello guys. Ive found this awesome site recently by insanelymac and Im impressed with the content of it! I'm a new joiner in the Hackintosh community but I've been doing some deep reading for the last one month to understand the whole process. My system is working fine, with some occasional freeze, but no wifi and just one USB working. I believe with more study I gonna get a fully working Hackintosh on this old N5110 guy. But in a general way, its impressive this 2011 laptop is running Mojave so well! Im using Florin9doi EFI BIOS. Windows in EFI and Mojave in legacy RehabMan clover fork. Thanks A LOT Mald0n and all the Olarila team for this brilliant work. Follows attached my SENDME files. I just cannot figure out how to patch proper DSDT and SSDT files. BTW I gonna definitely donate some beers Send me Gustavos-MacBook-Pro.zip
