    Tks , for your help ,I updated kexts and all are OK ,now.I have OC and Clover ready to use , but I will use only one .

    I used this EFI Clover folder " --NOTEBOOKS CHIPSET SERIES 10, 20 (SKYLAKE / KABYLAKE). My CPU KBL-R . KP.jpg.zip

    I try to use SkyLake and KabyLake M config.plist ,but the Quirks from config.plist are diferent as picture attached . I will try o come back to Clover , I used Olarila EFI Folder , but I have Kernel Panic at the beginning.

    By Olarila EFI (KBL) kernel panic . I used my DSDT and config.plist it is OK ,I can boot ,all are OK . Regarding Win11 , the win11 was installed after Monterey , Monterey is installed at M.2 SSD disck 1, and win11 sata SSD disk 0 ,on the OC I have boot manager from Microsoft ,and can I select boot option from BIOS and boot normal. When I boot win11 from OC ,it is going in Recovery Mode .... . I will try to find the solution (dual booting Monterey & Win 11 ) to boot from OC . I observed when I put in OC the folder Microsoft from the beginning (fresh ) I can boot from OC only first time after 2nd , 3rd ..... times it is going in Recovery Mode .

    I missing UEFI from BIOS , I can not boot from SSD .I can boot only from USB and all are OK ,the EFI partition it is on SSD . I didn't see the UEFI on the BIOS , to load OC and select the boot disk (Monterey ). The win 11 it is on 2nd SSD and is running OK .

    I tried ,but when I select win11 disk , the boot is going in Recovery mod screen .

    hi MaLdOn, tks for your help . Trackpad - ELAN 1300. The problem was in config.plist , I did new config.plist (by PlistEit Pro ) and all are OK . now , keyboard light , trackpad ... When I used OC Configurator I had error , some times not working BT , same times nor working keyboard light and trackpad , and I took decision to use only PlistEdit Pro and all are OK .Now I will try to do OC for both Monterey and BS now I use for Monterey -OC Monterey and for BS -OC Big Sure .

    I installed Monterey (Big Sur update ) , I can not fix the trackpad and keyboard light . The keyboard light in menu bar , and Fn +F3 -F4 are Ok working but no light on the keyboard . Same kexts are used in Big Sure ,and all are OK , they are working . Any suggestion to fix the trackpad and keyboard light.

    If I understood correct ,now I use to Mojave ,Catalina , BS in OC-ACPI. folder DSDT.aml (full patched) no any additional. SSDT. in Monterey ,I will use in OC -ACPI folder ,only olarila folder ACPI (no my DSDT -full patched) no SSDT .

    I see on the internet , EFI for BS and EFI for Monterey . I am not sure if I will upgrade Monterey from apple (normal update ) it is possible to boot (to Use ) by BS EFI ?

    I tested by Big Sur Installer -all are OK i can install . Pls advice for Monterey : -for Intel CPU is necessary additional kext . - for WIFi Broadcom ,I understood is necessary additional Kext and remove inject kext ... -what is difference between BS and Monterey .

    Disable : CSM , secure boot ,VT-d . Same setting are used for Mpjave ,Catalina ,Big Sur , with out problems. By -igfxvesa. I have panic see picture. IMG_20211110_220018.jpg.zip Also Disable: Fast boot

    I used Olarila Monterey and EFI -(laptop KBL (my CPU is KBL-r)) and tried to install Monterey but the laptop, loop back to BIOS setting. Mojave ,Catalina , Big Sur working good no any problem ,due to the help received from the O;arila forum and in particular from MaLdOn (thank you for your help ). For moment I like to install by minimal kext , and I need the EFI folder , I think the Monterey is different and is not possible to use EFI from Big Sur .I tried to make own EFI by "OC gen X " but I can not start the Monterey install (the OC gen X it is for Desktop ) Pls advice what is the minimal kext and config.plist (for KBL-R ) to start the install Monterey .

    Hello , My trackpad ELAN1300, is working again , all are OK now , after fresh instal Big Sur last version 11.4 and OC 0.7.0. Sometimes after fresh install all come back to normal.

    I reset the nvram ,but didn't solve the problem. My trackpad is ELAN1300, the question is why is running by OC 0.6.4 and not running by 0.6.8 ? I wait for new update of BS 11.3 and OC 0.6.9.

    Hi Mald0n can you help to properly setting my OC 0.6.8 ? By OC 0.6.4 all are OK on my laptop. I update the OC to new version OC 0.6.8 but after update the trackpad is not working . The config.list (OC 0.6.8 ) was updated by PlistEdit Pro and are the settings same config.plist OC 0.6.8. I come back to OC 0.6.4 , and the trackpad is working ,for moment I have any ideea were is the mistake on the OC 0.6.8. I used same Kext from OC 0.6.4 , I updated the kext at last version , but the result is negativ .

    Hi MaLd0n , The problem is only on the External drive (USB), "Can not install Big Sure to Laptop Asus VivoBook Pro 17 ,i5-8250 UHD Intel 620 " . On the SSD ,all are OK , except KB light , I will try to fix.

    last BIOS version 317 . I used "-igfxvesa" same problem , I installed BS , but I think on the last step , I have the error "waiting for DSMOS " and stuck on this position for long time . I checked on the forum , I replaced VirtulSMC. kext (I replaced all kext by newest version ) .the problem is on the Graphic Card , the same Colver 5126 ,OC in Catalina working very good (for moment I have not any problem , working : brightens , KB light (Fn+F1to F12 ) , weak up , hibernation ..etc.) , but in BS I can not install . For moment I have any idea ,what is wrong , I will try to fix this problem , I saw same CPU Kaby-Layke -R (i5-8250U ) same card UHD Intel 620 the BS is working.
