[ref]MaLd0n[/ref], CPU stats look fine -- strange... maybe its the GPU?! btw, I am measuring the power consumption with a smart power socket meter. Anyway, thank you very much again for the help; I sent you some money via paypal.

MaLd0n, ok, perfect. One last question: Under El Capitan, the overall power consumption of my system was approx. 60 watt; now it is >90 watt. Do you have any suggestion or hint where to look to decrease power consumption? I had hoped that with an ssdt-enabled power management, power consumption would be reduced resp. normal. Hi MaLd0n, I copied the generated ssdt.aml to the EFI partition to CLOVER/ACPI/patched -- as you requested. The patched folder now contains the DSDT.aml + ssdt.aml. Dear MaLd0n, first of all thanks for the excellent support. I recently upgraded to Mojave -- unfortunately with some issues. It would be great, if you could patch my dsdt and help me configure clover correctly (I will donate of course).
