  1. Thanks, I 'll try Catalina again.
  2. I really don't know about the support for BigSur, but there were succesfull Hackintosh installations in the past: Catalina, Mojave, High Sierra and so on. But also the old iterations won't install anymore: video cuts off before loading the GUI. Already checked the BIOS-settings and tried different options without any cure.
  3. Integrated in the CPU, Intel HD 4000.
  4. Last year, (2020) I succesfully installed Mojave and Catalina on my rig. This year I tried installing Olarila Big Sur (11.1), but after about 30 lines the installer quits, also after resetting NVRAM. So I tried Olarila Mojave instead, but the installer quits just before switching to the graphic user interface (The famous Apple with the progressbar). Downloading Olarila Catalina now, but don't suppose it will work. Windows 10 works fine, it's installed on a separate SSD (Intel 525 mSata, 60 GB). Hardware: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H, Intel i5 3570K, 16 GB ram. Intel 60 GB mSata (on the mainboard) and 250 GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD. HDMI connection with LG 49 inch flatscreen. Bios: F28b, secure boot disabled, UEFI mode, other os selected, AHCI activated. EFI partition was created on the Samsung SSD by Windows (though it should be on the Intel SSD, but it works, and worked before) So as far as I can see everything should work fine. Any ideas? Update: a few minutes ago I tried to install Olarila Catalina, but it's the same old story: video switches off just before loading the GUI.
  5. So I was unable to install the first Olarila 10.15.5 image, and also tried to install the updated version. No succes, also when i tried to launch it with the config.plst supplied with the image. So I switched back to Mojave, and tried to install the 'Mojave 2020' image from Olarila. No way, Jose. No video output after startup. Was something concerning the video output changed in these images? Never encountered any problems before.
  6. Thanks! I will try the updated image later on.
  7. Olarila Catalina 10.15.5 doesn't work for me. According to the install program I do need a working internet connection. Though my rig has wifi and Lan, apparently no drivers for this hardware were loaded. Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-Z77 -D3H
  8. Sometimes, stories are too good to be true. At first I tried the 10.15.4 delta update. That 's a no go. Second, I tried the combo update. Another failure. Tried to download the complete Olarila 10.15.4 disk-image, but I got a 'broken pipe' announcement, two times over (Transmission was used). Using my Android phone, I tried again, but no speed could be acquired (< 100 B/s!). I don't know what the story 's about the tweaked Clover files, but after inserting them in the EFI partition, the delta update refused to install. Guess I'll have to wait till the complete disk image could be acquired by torrent.
  9. Yeah! Also thanks for the great images you supplied, I'm using Olarila Mac images for years now, and can't wait to try the upcoming 10.15.4 Catalina image. Schermafbeelding 2020-03-12 om 19.55.33.zip
  10. So I tried; first without a restart, after deleting the var/sleep image. That dog didn't hunt, but after a restart I tried 3 times to be sure. After a click on a key, almost immediately, I landed on this forum topic again. It seems to work, so thanks for your expertise, and keep up the good work!
  11. Well, that's a quick answer. I'll try your suggestion. Thanks, MaLdOn. Intel 4000 integrated in CPU, works great on all Mac versions.
  12. I don't write or speak Portuguese (Vai minha tristeza...) so here in English. Latest Catalina 10.15.3 works fine on my Hackintosh, Gigabyte Z77-D3H with 3570K processor and 8 gigs of RAM, Samsung 840 SSD and a lot of other stuff. All latest kexts installed, using 'Hackintool', latest Clover 5105 is also on the EFI partition. Hibernation worked fine on Mojave, but 's giving trouble on Catalina. Sometimes it works, most of the times i 'll get a dark screen. Any ideas? Greetings from the Netherlands.
