Recently I updated all smc.... Fan not spinning ....I check with my hand and paper and render video..no fan sound... is there any app for know to spinning cpu fan? Can I use this app... https://www.crystalidea.com/macs-fan-control

I use 1 apfs file system partition...for boot and system.... and 3 hfs partition for local use.... is it safe ..?
