Tried that but the same thing, I used to test Quicksync by play a 4K Sony Demo video and in High Sierra the UHD 630 was always utilised by the video. Second issue I'm having is when I start my Hackintosh I see weird screen with changed colours which I don't know why, it fixes after restart. photo attached:

I have another question, why UHD 630 is never utilised on 10.14? I think my Quicksync is not working, is there a fix for that?
