  1. Hi Maldon, Thanks very much for your help with everything here. I worked around the ethernet issue by disabling sleep basically. Not ideal but it will do for me! I had a couple of questions. I am trying to learn more about creating a clean opencore install using the normal release and also trying to see if I can use a Mac Pro smbios. I also got a Thunderbolt EX4 card which is working, but I am trying to get hotplugging going. Do you have any experience with this? Thanks!
  2. Hi Maldon, I think that driver is already supplied and loading from the Kexts you included in the EFI folder you provided above, as thats the one I have loading currently: Driver: com.apple.driver.AppleIntelI210Ethernet What patch do I need to inject? Thanks for all your advice! I should explain, Ethernet is working. It just dies after the computer sleeps and then wont come back until a complete cold boot.
  3. Sorry, I dont fully understand. How do I go about this and which is the old driver?
  4. Is there an alternative lan driver I should be using? Thanks again ?
  5. Thanks for the answers! Would it not be faster to use 16 cores with HT than 24 without? Also, I am having an issue where after sleeping the Hack for a while (maybe 6 hours) my ethernet stops working until I completely power off the maching at the wall for about 10 seconds and power it back on. Have you heard of that before?
  6. Hey Maldon, to confirm is this using OpenCore Mod? Thanks! Also, I noticed in System Information it shows Hyper-Threading Technology: Disabled. Is this actually true?
  7. It was due to being plugged into a USB3 port yeah - I had an adpater that made it USB2 and I am at the installer. If I already have a Windows install on another NVME drive will I need to do anything special to boot to it? Hi Maldon, Up and running and got Ventura installed. Do I need to alter my serial? iCloud logged in and everything is working as expected for the most part. I have attached the RunMe file below for the DSDT. Thank you again for your amazing help! Send me Kriss-iMac-Pro.zip
  8. Hi Maldon, Done that, thank you! The booter is getting stuck at a Still Waiting for Root Device after I see: [AHCHICHBA1 [001700001 start: :512:Successfully initlalized AHCI controller [AHCIEPRT](08000010) WaitForLinkPresent: :4023:Port 1 PxSSTS: 0x0 [AHCI I (PRT) [08000010] HandleConReset: :3832: linkPresent 0 - Port 1 [AHCI I (PRT] (08000010) EnablePortOperation: :3322:Port 1 [AHC11 (PRTIC080000101 StartPort::1215:EnablePortOperationreturned:0xE00002D6 - COMRESET did not proceed [AHCICHBA1 (080000001 start: :512:Successfully initialized AHCI controller Any thoughts?
  9. Hi Maldon, Having some issues getting booted here on Alder Lake. I will like to get a DSDT once I can get to the OS! Currently boot is panicking at "Should have 24 cores, but only found 16 for die 0". Do I need to disable E-Cores? Thanks! I should mention this, is trying to boot to the Ventura 13.3 installer. If I disable the E-Cores, boot hangs at SetPowerState. Thanks again!
  10. Hey Mald0n, This has been working really well, thank you! I wanted to ask a couple of questions. Is it important for us to keep RebaseRegions checked? On reading the config manual, it seems to be something that typically shouldnt be on. Also, could the same thing being achieved via an SSDT patch? Why is the DSDT different? Thanks in advance for your time and knowledge!
  11. I understand, thank you! I have gotten everything onto my EFI folder now and have setup OpenCanopy! Loving it! Thank you so much for your help MaLd0n, you really are the master!
  12. Is there a benefit of the DSDT Patch over injection via DeviceProperties? Thank you for this!
  13. Okay, fantastic news! This is working perfectly on both macOS and Windows! I am going to readd my Device Properties for my PCIe Drive to show as internal now and move everything to my actual EFI folder! Thank you so much!!!
  14. That works!!! Should this still allow this port to work on the Windows side?
  15. ioreg attached with the DSDT loaded (I think)!
  16. Okay, also exported a new ioreg for you and included in the zip. I am booting from a USB for now, so if you need the OC folder again let me know and I can send it
  17. I am on OpenCore 0.6.6 right now. Should I disable the SSDT before the reboot so I can get into the OS?
  18. Removed DeviceProperties and added the SSDT. Got a hang which I attached a picture of. IMG_0356.JPG.zip
  19. Hey Mald0n, See attached! Thanks
  20. Hey Mald0n, Thanks for your help here. I am having alot of trouble disabling the RTX 2060 which is in PCIe Slot 3 of my MacPro7,1. I have most of everything else working, and have enclosed my OC folder in the zip aswell. I would love to learn what is changed to fix this, as I have had no luck with the SSDT-Disable from Dortania, or the DeviceProperties method. This is what is shown in Hackintool for the 2060: Device Path: PciRoot(0x3)/Pci(0x0,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) IOReg: IOService:/AppleACPIPlatformExpert/PC03@0/AppleACPIPCI/BR3A@0/IOPP/display@0 Thanks in advance!
  21. Hi @MaLd0n, Was recommended by a friend to get intouch with you. Was wondering if you could help me to make a clean Clover folder with DSDT for my system? I was hoping to be able to use both High Sierra and Mojave but only using the iGPU in Mojave until the NVIDIA Drivers are released. Many thanks, (also sent through a $15 donation k********n@hotmail.com) trus0und Send me trus0und.zip
