Hi all, How does one determine what USB patch their motherboard requires to patch a DSDT? I have successfully created a DSDT for my board. It compiled without any errors and boots successfully, however, I still need the USB rollback kexts to get USB ports to work. There is very little information on my board (evga doesn't seem to give a whole lot of info on their boards). EVGA H55V Socket 1156 mATX motherboard. Based on the Intel H55 express chipset... EVGA 111-CD-E630-RX board. I have an i7 870 and a Geforce 560ti, 8 gigs of ram, AR9280 wifi working.

I did what you said, had to patch applecpupowermanagement...good stuff! Sleep works when clicking sleep in Apple menu and start hard button then it wakes with mouse. Won't sleep with sleep timer though?? Thank you so much!

I read and I do it!!!! I patch AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.....sleep working now!!! How/why do I need to generate power manager?????
-
I thought I don't need nullcpupowermanagement.kext with a DSDT?

Yes, all the next are in s/l/e

So first You want me to install DSDT through multishit? Then bot using -v UseKernalCache=Yes
-
I went back to the way my system was originally and added the patched DSDT and the attached photo is of the kp. I think is what you wanted?? From this can you tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Hello...thank you for your kind help so far. I checked the boxes in chameleon wizard for p & c states. I've attached a few photos of kp?? When I boot with -v and GraphicEnabler=NO i get an endless screen after screen of the third photo "invalid character found in processorOP.... Ideas?

Let me start from beginning again. I may have made a mistake by sending you the wrong send me zip. I used the "run me" file on my system after I had installed multi beast with easy beast and all the kexts installed....did that matter? Or, should I run "run me" before I do all the multi beast stuff I am reuplaoding the send me zip again. This one was done on a fresh lion install before applying mulitibeast, just in case it was wrong the first time. inject c-states and p-states in org.chameleon.boot.plist...I'm not sure how to do this I was using what I was using before for Graphics card ATi 5850. I installed on a fresh lion install and installed multi beast with just userDSDT and System Utilities only send_me.zip

Hmmm...tried the link and successfully patched the file with the one you sent and then re-installed lion and used multishit with just the dsdt box and software utilities checked but I get KP when rebooting?? Am I missing something? I am using a Radeon 5850 video card too if that helps at all. Do I need to check more boxes in multishit before I reboot??

Hello there guys. The reason why I'm creating this topic is because there is absolutely nothing on the Internet about DSDT patch for Intel's newest motherboards. Please patch my DSDT file. Will donate My system specs: Intel i7 2600 Intel DP67BG 8 gigs of ram What works is: video card with acceleration Keyboard is working Network is working Sound is working USB is working (no usb3) Not working no sleep send_me.zip
