I need some advice I have a hackintosh machine currently running Big Sur 11.4 using OpenCore 0.6.3 and I'm thinking to upgrade it via Software Update to 11.6 What is the correct steps to proceed with upgrading my machine? Hi guys & happy new year, I was wondering if I should enable Trim for my SSD. Currently it says "no" as per attached picture. If I need to do it, how do I go about and what precaution should I consider before proceeding. Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, I have been noticing a lag with my magic mouse recently and have been trying to troubleshoot it myself before trying to post anything here. I'm currently using the Fenvi FV-T919 with WiFi/Bluetooth combo. Tried removing some kext which i think I'm not using currently and nothing seems to do anything. I've attached some files for you all to look at and hopefully one of you Sensei can shed a light to my problem. Merry Xmas! RunMe-Output.txt Send me Projectuness-iMac.zip

Thanks for the suggestion, fortunately I dont have to reinstall anything, just need to delete some files. Did my own research while waiting for an answer. lol. Thanks for the response guys. Here's the link to the solution I used: https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/234376-tutorialdual-bootershow-to-fix-black-screen-due-to-bad-resolution/

Hi guys, I'm having issues with my displayport. recently installed SwitchResX and accidentally selected the wrong resolution for my monitor. Right after my monitor went blank and shows "input not supported" After following instruction from SwitchResX by deleted monitor profiles, the problem still persist. Strangely, when I connect an HDMI cable to my GPU, I'm able to login pass the apple logo. (unable to do this using displayport) I've tried various things and nothing seems to work even in safe mode. I've attached my bootlog.txt for your reference and also video link. Would appreciate some help. GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 8GB Monitor: Acer ED273 OS: Mojave 10.14.1 bootlog.txt

Hi guys, been trying to above guide, not sure If I have done everything wrong, I can't seem to get my USB3.0 devices to connect to USB3.0 ports. I have tried identifying each port by using USB2 device. Pic 1. Is this normal? I don't see any USB 2.0 ports here Pic 2. These are the identified ports (I connect each port using a USB2.0 device) Pic 3. Identified each connector belongs to which USB version. I'm very new to this Hackintosh community, this is probably the last piece of the puzzle for to complete my setup. Should you require more information, I'll be happy to provide more. Be patience with me. I'm all the way from South East Asia
