I want to use as little kext as possible Also there's USR1 and USR2 which count toward my 15 USB limit, which means I have to disable one of the USB port. What is USR1 and USR2 and can I remove it? Also do we need XHCI-unsupported kext? P.S how do I enable the cosmetic "Intel Quick Sync enable"? I have added ig-platform-id but it's still not show up

The kernel panic started this afternoon again, coincidentally after I upgrade to 10.14.3 Supplementary update. I’ll reinstall 10.14.3 Olarila and see if it happens again. I can just install it to the current disk right? No need to fully wipe it? As a last ditch I load my old config with Mac mini from the backup and everything works right away. If I decide to use Mac mini 8,1, do I have to change anything regarding DSDT? Added in 3 minutes 34 seconds: I don’t believe it’s bios setting because the computer has no problem under HS with Nvidia card, and no problem either with Mojave + Rx570. I believe the issue lies with IGPU not compatible with iMac 18,3. I changed everything as Madl0n suggest but it’s still can’t wake up.

I am using amd rx570, in bios I have default device = discrete graphic and onboard graphic = enabled

I changed to iMac 18,3 and remove everything you mentioned.

The DSDT part was when I still use Nvidia. I changed to AMD Rx570 and install Mojave new. Is the DSDT still usable?

Thanks, I actually switched to Rx570 when upgrading to Mojave. Thanks erroruser! I have had shutdown kernel panic, so I'm trying to install aptiomemoryfix for that. Looks like it's the problem. Hopefully there won't be anymore kernel panic. If I change SMbios to imac18,3, do I need to generate new serial number and logout/login to icloud again?

The ATI GPU fan will spin once the card reach 60 degree, otherwise it's stay off. It's programmed into the Bios. To change it you have to reflash the Bios. I don't recommend it since it may cause kernel panic on Mac.

Edit: I was stupid, I have been booting from Clover in the backup external HDD, because my BIOS will auto choose the last select boot device as default. No wonder why no changes in Clover in the internal SSD worked. Thanks for all the help guys!
