  1. Big Sur macOS on ASUS Z590i / i9-11900K / RX 6900XT / NZXT Kraken X53 RGB 240mm in Geeek A60 case I love Mini ITX beauty and power ? https://imgur.com/gallery/quNYaBT

  5. clean macOS installation 11.5.2 fixed the problem, now score is 1800 for SC and 10400 for MC, even more than Windows with no overclock ?? SMBIOS is iMacPro 1,1 which i may change to MacPro7,1 as you suggest. previously i had "kernel_task" high CPU usage problem which i fixed by disabling "USB Audio" in BIOS for my Asus motherboard, maybe that was causing the low score i don't know, thank you for help anyway and i'll keep updating if anything changes ?
  6. my score under macOS is 6529 for multi-core and 1231 for single-core, using iMac20,2 With iMacPro1,1 and MacPro7,1 score goes to 8k for multi-core but then CPU power management is not good, so I keep iMacPro20,2
  7. Thanks to amazing Olarila website and my super hero Mald0n support, I managed to have my Hackontosh with i9-11900K, 6900XT macOS 11.5.1 up and running. As my system now is under testing I realized that Geekbench 5 score is half of what it is in Windows 10 in single core and 30% less in multicore, BIOS settings are OK as are the same for both Windows and Hackintosh. If anyone have had this experience or any tips or suggestions to tryout, please consider to give me your thoughts so I can solve this problem with your help. Thanks!
  8. it seems i solved the problem with Ethernet by this 2 steps: 1. using only "dk.e1000=0" bootarg (No any other kext or patch) 2. changing my Ethernet settings manually in Settings/Advanced/Hardware/Duplex, from (full-duplex, flow-control, energy-efficient-ethernet) to (full-duplex) this worked after multiple times of restart on 11.5.1 and i think it works for macOS Monterey as well, need test. My only problem now is mapping USB ports, the system shows onboard Audio and CPU cooler and motherboard ARGB cable as USB ports so its limiting other USB ports of motherboard, and some USB 2 ports working but not showing in Hackintoll app i have some work to do.

  13. After almost 2 days of trying, macOS 11.5 cannot be installed and I don't know where the problem is because all problems happen to my system... freeze... black screen (no signal) after verbose mode... or Disk Utility sometimes clickable but not responding.... or grey screen when select Disk Utility then freeze... or macOS start install to SSD but restart when 20 min remaining then SSD is empty again.. or everything lagging sometimes. I really don't know how to describe the problem, just not installing, didn't change anything in EFI USB folder for 500 Series. BIOS settings, Secure Boot/ Fast Boot/ / Internal GPU/ Erp/ Disabled Installer USB 2.0 16GB and 32GB stick into USB 2.0 port of motherboard Connected OLED TV 4K 60Hz with HDMI cable, then ViewSonic monitor 1920x1080 60Hz with another HDMI cable System specs: ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-I GAMING WIFI i9-11900K Radeon RX 6900XT 16GB RAM 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 MHz
  14. USB boots and i can see "Disk Utility" where i can format the SSD, but then screen goes black and i see nothing ? specs are: Asus Z590i ROG Gaming WIFI i9 11900K Radeon RX 6900XT (connected to TV with HDMI) iGPU disabled in BIOS
  15. OK i got it, thanks for tips
  16. should i reset nvram only for once? or more often?
  17. Thank you for the info, I have already solved that problem following Olarila guide: https://www.olarila.com/topic/6074-guide-easy-audio-solution-with-applealc-clover-and-opencore/ But in general I think this method is still not perfect, applying the same method to my laptop with Realtek ALC1220 codec, I had different allowed Layout ID's to test so I tested them all, the only one which worked better was Layout ID 21 so I added alc=21 in the boot args, only this Layout-ID could make my laptop speakers and microphone function, all others Layout-ID's had something not working. Whats happening now is that I still don't have sound sometimes, even if sound effects are showing normal in the "System Preferences/Sound", sure it doesn't happen very often but it's there, every (approximately) 10 times I boot my laptop the 11th I don't have sound, to fix it I have to reboot again, (strange thing is that it never happen to the microphone, only to speakers). Somewhere I read that set "Reset HDA" will help but I know that in Clover not in OpenCore, after all it doesn't bother me and I'm OK with it
  18. Thanks! all working ?
