  1. Hi Maldon! I think I've got a Ventura installation that works pretty well. I'm sending you the EFI folder to check, mostly because I think I've found a good setting for UHD 630 iGPU video. however, the problem that seems to still exist is when the Hack starts. I have two monitors connected: the main one through HDMI and the secondary one through a DVI to HDMI adapter I send you a video showing what happens a few seconds after starting MacOs... to fix it, as you can see, I have to turn off the main monitor and turn it back on If you have any idea how to fix it, because I have searched and tried everything but nothing works thank you! WhatsApp Video 2023-03-06 at 14.56.37.mp4.zip Sorry, I forgot to send the EFI folder EFI.zip
  2. thanks Maldon I followed the step by step guide but I still can't do it... and since I had some problems afterward to get the mac to restart correctly, for now I left it like that and choose disk with F12 I will continue to investigate patiently... thank you! for now I have to solve the black screen when it returns from sleep mode I was able to solve time change problems between mac and windows, with this guide: thanks!
  3. many thanks, Maldon! this DSDT works fine! I think everything works ok now in my Ventura hack I still have a few things to adjust, but they are details to investigate: - dual boot (for now with F12 on my gigabyte mobo I'm fine) - I have the black screen problem when it comes back from sleep mode (something to investigate in the UHD 630 settings) - it also happens that wifi disconnects after sleep mode all things to investigate and solve with time! thanks again!
  4. Many thanks Maldon I finally reinstalled Ventura on another disk, because things started to go wrong I will dual boot with F12 on my mother, for now that's ok for me to work with two OS I did a new "send me..." because I wanted to use the previous DSDT.aml that you had sent me and it caused the pc not to boot, heh I will wait for the new one, thank you very much! Send me iMac.zip
  5. Thank you very much Maldon... but the opencore boot menu still does not appear when the PC starts. I don't know what could be wrong... I am sending you the EFI folder as it is now (with the last one you sent me) something that I notice strange is that I have two EFI folders on two different disks (I am sending a photo) One is the drive where the Ventura is installed (Kingston...) and the other is a drive to save files only (WDC...) However, when I modify the config.plist on the Kingston EFI it is also modified on the other I don't know if this could be preventing the normal boot https://files.fm/u/hp7bahs6r#/view/csa7q5f8x thanks! EFI.zip
  6. I finally did it, Maldon! I don't really know how I ended up finding the solution, but I'm posting here the complete EFI folder and the config.plist just in case For now I don't know why the opencore boot menu disappeared when I started the pc (boots directly into the MacOs), so I wouldn't know how to dual boot with windows on another disk either only if you have something to help me with this dual boot and opencore menu, thank you very much! EFI.zip config.plist.zip
  7. thanks Maldon... I've been trying everything I found, searching github etc... but I can't get the UHD 630 to work on my Ventura installation. I think I'll try going back to Monterey... If you have any other information, it will be welcome! thank you so much
  8. thank you so much, Maldon! I'm going to reinstall Ventura again... following these steps. Unfortunately, for now opencore boot doesn't recognize windows 11 input automatically (it's on another drive), but I haven't been able to get video to work with the correct graphics acceleration either. I'll use the dsdt.aml in the new installation and continue investigating the video, which doesn't work for now... (in the previous installation, the previous patch you sent me worked for the Monterey version) I don't know if that patch could work now in Ventura? <key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)</key> <dict> <key>AAPL,ig-platform-id</key> <data>BwCbPg==</data> <key>framebuffer-con0-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con0-type</key> <data>AAgAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con1-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con1-type</key> <data>BAAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-patch-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-stolenmem</key> <data>AAAwAQ==</data> </dict>
  9. Thanks Maldon... I followed all the steps and apparently everything is ok... except the graphic acceleration I send you the "send me..." file (for the full acpti solution) and the config.plist to find out where the error is with the configuration of the UHD 630 video I would really appreciate your help! Send me iMac-Pro.zip config.plist.zip
  10. Thanks Maldon, I'll try So... I follow the following steps: 1. I install ventura according to your guide 2. After installing, I copy the EFI folder (https://www.olarila.com/topic/25111-hackintosh-efi-folders-with-opencore-mod/) 3. I follow the instructions from here: How to use this OpenCore fork 4. after this I send you the full Dump with RunMe.app then, i believe i just will need the graphics patch for UHD 630 intel to have full acceleration It's okay like that?
  11. hi Maldon! I have a question: I was installing Ventura from the last image that there is to download from Olarila. I can install everything fine, following all the steps, but then I have a problem with the opencore version when i want to edit the config.plist i get an opencore validation error: This version of ocvalidate is only compatible with OpenCore version 0.8.8! I tried updating opencore as you explain here, but still I keep getting validation errors related to opencore versions. And the problem is that I can't edit the config.plist to change the smbios and make the iGPU work (UHD 630) I don't know how to continue... and I also wanted to configure opencore for dual booting with windows on another disk I really appreciate your help!
  12. thanks! perfect i will try these days and then tell you thanks again!
  13. Thanks a lot Maldon! So, is it better to install windows first and then mac os or does this not change anything? Do I use this guide with this fork of opencore or is it not necessary when they are two separate disks? Thank you so much!
  14. Hi, Maldon! many thanks for all, the information, the guides, etc I want to apologize if you have already explained this before and I can't understand it... or if I can't find the specific information. I have a Intel i5 Coffe Lake PC, iGPU (UHD 630), mother GA-Z370 HD3... I want to install mac os (lastest Ventura from here) on one drive nvme ssd, and windows 11 on another separate ssd drive. I just install windows first on the ssd and then mac on nvme ssd and opencore recognize the entries for each system? Do I install everything following this guide with this opencore fork that you recommend here? When you can reply, I would really appreciate it!
  15. thanks a lot! i will explore here in Argentina, but knowing that must be texas chipset thanks!
