When I switch between macos and windows in macos the time matches the current one. But when I switch to windows the time doesn't match the current one. and everything I set Windows doesn't remember that value. please help me

hi my new device opencore b450m mortar max ryzen 5600g 1080 ti evga sc2 hybrid my Graphic card not detected. i follow I am using opencore and set nvda_drv to 31. but In Web Driver preferences ~> ECC ~> there is no device detected. and in my windows10 show normal can use vga. plz help. https://easyupload.io/6qfcqw
