[Guide] New Clover Bootloader Integration / Quirks Configuration
jcosx69 replied to MaLd0n's topic in Guides and Tutorials
Thanks, can you upload files for Haswell CPU´s? -
Does not work entirely, it turns down the screen but the machine doesn´t goes to sleep or even shut down, it remains On, so I hit a key and the image returns, after that I hit the sleep option and it worked, the machine went to sleep, didn´t respond to a hit on the windows keyboard (Mac keyboard does not turn on the machine) so I pressed the ON/OFF button on the PC and the thing woke up (it took more time to do it, about 20 seconds)

Shut down is ok, but does not go to sleep, it goes off like lf I unplugged the power cable (When starting again looks that chrome was not closed)
-
New file without NullCPUPowerManagement,FakeSMC_CPUSensors, FakeSMC_GPUSensors and FakeSMC_LPCSensors. Hardware monitor does not show Core temperature or System fan speed anymore. Send me JUANs-iMac.zip
-
Found the FakeSMC in L/E, also found FakeSMC_CPU, FakeSMC_GPU and FakeSMC_LPC Sensors in the same folder
-
Shutting down goes fine, but If I try to put it to sleep it shuts down (like if there is an energy blackout of plugging the power cable off), so it does not goes to sleep. Also I never found the CPU, GPU and LPCSensors anywhere.

I noticed this change: Most of the time when I tried to shut it down, it turned down sound and video but fans were still running, now it really shuts down. Where are those kexts? I checked the S/L/E and none is there, not on the EFI partition either

Here is the new Send me JUANs-iMac.zip, Daniel, I´m very gratefull, it getting late for you I believe, would you like to continue with this tomorrow? (I saw that you live In Rio and it is 1:00 AM) Send me JUANs-iMac.zip
-
I´ve already done that and the machine started without any problem, How can I test it? Seems to boot a little faster
-
Should I erase the content of the EFI partition and paste with the folders and files of clover.zip?
