If you use this DSDT you just need to install the modified AppleHDA for ALC892 from 10.7.4 from multishit. This will enable audio. If you need help or have questions you can message me here or email on my blog.

That sounds like an audio issue more then pro tools. Make sure you update pro tools and then report if the issue continues.

I was able to get all of the errors removed. I then applied basic patches to the DSDT. Raw.aml = Your original unedited DSDT ER.aml = Errors removed DSDT DSDT.aml = The DSDT I applied other edits to and this is the one you should use DSDT.zip If you need more edits just ask and when you do post your IOreg along with it. You have ALC892 and the edit has been applied. Just have any voodoo driver removed before restarting with this DSDT. For some other useful edits other then the amazing patches on here look at this blog: http://rampagedev.wordpress.com/ DSDT.aml.zip

THis is due to you using HD2000. This will not work nor will it ever work. If you were to buy a GPU that is know to work you will be able to install Mac OS X Lion without an issue.
