Hi I have a problem to upgrade from el capitan to sierra. I had download sierra from App Store and when I reboot and I choose Boot macOS Install, it freeze. These are the the last line code: local.com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (org.ntp.sntp.134) : Service exited with abnormal code: 1 busy timeout[0], (240s), kextd wait(0): 'AppleACPICPU' I don't know to resolve a problem. Can you help me,please?

I understand if I download the raw file I can write it on the USB stick,but I would create my raw image from my USB key,but I don't know how to create USB key and what program I need.
