I just tried with different os version, I tried high Sierra olarila, now the error comes out different.. Anyway to fix this? I can't get I to the installation screen -

Need help, i was trying to install Catalina with the provided image file from olarila, but i can't get into installation screen everytime I try. Already tried changing config and adding nv_disable=1 but still doesn't work. Here's I attach the screenshot, i really need to install macos in this laptop coz I don't have any other device to spare. Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot before!! Asus G73SW, Intel i7 2630QM (sandybridge), NVIDIA GTX 460M, no Intel integrated gpu -

what i should look for from IOreg? just tried replacing my clover folder, it makes my closer not working, no bootable drives showed up. luckily i had clover usb backup. what i should change btw? fn and als is works

sorry for taking your time, last question. how can i fix usb3 port? if i just plug the usb 3 port it won't detected, if i try to reboot while the usb3 port still plugged in, when get inside desktop it was detected, but somehow if i try to copy/open files, it's corrupt. using usb2 is just fine, no corrupt at all. already tried to put appleusbxhcipci patch to clover but still not fixed. sorry for my bad english, i hope you can still understand my issue xD thanksss

last question, is it fine if I update to 10.12.3 via App Store? is there any additional step or I can just do it right away? btw so much thanks, I wouldn't get into Sierra without you xD

thanks, after 12 hours of workaround, finally it's working good. just need some optimizing. do you think I need to use nvidia web driver for performance stability? oh yea, also I don't need nullcpupower kext anymore ight? since I use your dsdt. I forgot to mention, would you mind to share a geekbench result of your g73sw to compare with mine? so that I can see if I my cpu is already well configured or not

would you mind to share a short step by step guide? what method you use to get sierra? also what boot args you use, some modified config file, maybe modified dsdt? I had kernel panic at apple boot logo after installation finishes, seems to be kext/kernel issue. I use direct update method from tony forum. btw thanks before
