  1. hi and thans artur_pt! i deleted ncpm and no kernel panic from acpm!! but... now it hangs after some bluetooth does not answer, never had this before! i ll tell you what it is exactly saying when i am back home! here it is: edit: while searching the web i found out, that this has nothing to do with bluetooth, its a grafic issue. and it can be solved by editing the boot.plist and add: <key>device-properties</key> <string>5e0000000100000001000000520000000100000002010c00d041030a0000000001010600000 27fff04002c0000004100410050004c002c00690067002d0070006c006100740066006f0072006d002d0 06900640000000800000003006601</string> now i am booting with AppleCPUPowerManagment.kext using my ssdt.aml and dsdt.aml. Everything works, BUT my speedstep stays at 800 MHz only. ... why? ... edit2: i found out, that after standby the cpu is at 1.6 GHz. there is something wrong, but i dont know what. my ssdt.aml should be correct. well ... lets wait for the master himself: artur_pt!! edit3: maybe this has something to do with the biosreset? dunno regards, edit4: i got it working! yäääääy! thanks to all of you! solution was to create a new ssdt.aml! chris
  2. Hi pernacabeluda! Thanks for your response. Sadly i already used the script. And it patched successfully. But the kernel panic still occurs Regards!
  3. Hello Olarila-Team! First let me say thanks for that amazing offer to help me with my dsdt.aml issues. I am stuck and do not have enough background knowledge to get it done. Before i add the zip-file, let me explain where i stay atm: My System is an Acer V5-171 11" Netbook with the 1.7 GHz i5-3317u. I have Mountain Lion 10.8.3 running since 4 days without a critical problem. I am using a lot of .kext and so far everything work - expect: SpeedStepping. I tried hard not to bother you, but now i am stucked. What i already did - reading 1.million forumposts - is generating a dstd.aml and a ssdt.aml. dstd.aml was extracted from DSDTEditor. But when i compile it, i get: And i have no idea what to do with it. ssdt.aml was generated with ssdtPRGen and worked really well. My ssdt.aml has no errors no warnings! Okay, what i did so far: Placed both, the ssdt.aml and the dsdt.aml in my Extra folder (using chameleon). With this settings: When i now delete the NullCPUPowermanagment.kext -> repair permission with kext wizard -> reboot. I get a kernel panic from AppleCPUPowermanagment.kext. Thanks for your help!!!! edit: i red about patching the applecpupoermanagment.kext. but i have no idear how that works nor am i sure if it is correct, cause mine is an ivy bridge... any suggestions? edit2: what i did today: started with a complete new dsdt.dsl via windows and dsdt editor, found a topic that told me just to remove the line 18 (the one with the error - see picture above) and yes, the error is gone! after that i - because i dont know what else to patch - patched the following in my dsdt: DTGP, IRQs. I searched my kextstats and found AppleLPC loaded. I couldnt find any HPET errors/problems (but shouldnt i get them only when i try to boot without ncpm?) - if so, i can not see HPET errors/problems cause i get an instant kp from AppleCPUPowerManagment.kext while booting. After that and still getting k panics, i tried this http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1003. and the kext was patched successful (hope that wasnt wrong, cause i have an ivy bridge), but still the same k panic on booting without ncpm At the Moment, i have no USB problems, no sleep problems and no audio problems. everything is working fine (expect wlan wich i will replace soon). edit3: this is the actually kp i get: Again, thank you guys for your help! i really love your support!! If i just could get my i5-3317 to load with AppleCPUPowerManagment.kext to use speed stepping and turbo! that would be awesome! Send me .zip dsdt_ssdt.zip dsdt_ssdt_noerror_dtgp_irqs_patched.zip
