Hi all, I need help on a Sony VAIO PCG-61111N. I would like to use at least wifi or ethernet. The Marvell "88E8057 PIC-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller" (0X438011ab) doesn't appears in system properties. I patched the dsdt with dsdteditor : 19 errors => fix => 0 errors. and puted the DSDT.aml path in chameleon boot.plist Still not appears in Sys prop. I installed AppleYuko2.kext (from kext searching). It is written tested with my device (0X438011ab) but I dit not founded the exact name in the model tag. Anyway I copied 0X438011ab in all IOPCIPrimaryMatch value. Still doesn't appears in Sys prop I searched in Google kexts for this device on Mavericks without success. I think it is not good listed in the dsdt, that's the reason it doesn't appears in Sys Properties. I need help for patching the dsdt as this device appears in sys prop. Hi all, I searched in the kext section some for my GeForce G120M who is not installed. I founded NVDAResman.kext. I founded it in the computer in Backup/Graphics-Kexts/nVidia/NVDAResman.kext I opened the info.plist and I don't find any device id or pcimatch or device name tag where to put my GeForce devide id. Hi all, I ve just install maverick with niresh usb distro on a sony VAIO PCJ-6111N (a japanase model) with: Proc: Intel core2 Chip: ICH9 Graphics: GeForce G210M Ethernet: Realtek 8191EvB SysInfo snapshot : I patched the dsdt with DSDT editor: 19 errors => fix => 1 error Many warnings stays. The graphics and the ethernet are not installed The info memory are not avalable. I dont know what to do now. I looked in kexts categorie, but they are not downloading. If some one could help me. Do you think http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=3836 could be better than niresh ? (niresh works perfect on my supermicro bi-xeon and my tyan bi-xeon from 2008 GeForce 8800 GTS ). Hello all, I'm a newbie on OSX . I have just install maverick on my pc (supermicro x8dtl bi-xeon) with Niresh usb. Impossible to enter my password in sudo sudo -s => enter your password but here, the field is blocked, impossible to write anything exept enter and then "sorry try again" Thank you for any help. Alain
