Need help for build my own DSDT with asus motherboard p43sj

i can not find my asus MB p43sj in the DSDT datebase, so how can i build my own DSDT ? i just know the main step. Is the orginal DSDT useful ?(i mean the orginal DSDT when i install the hack-mac). my hackintosh install successfully,but i just wanna make it more prefect, for now my hack-mac cannnot sleep and adjust the screen light, and also the cool-fans runs fast (almost like lost control) thx a lot
