DSDT patch requests

Does anyone have a good DSDT for the ASUS Z87-A motherboard? Specifically, I am having an issue with onboard ALC892 audio, no audio devices show up under sound preferences. I have tried ALL of the different .kext files from insanelymac but none of them seem to work. I would deeply appreciate any help!
