I dont know i was right, but i read that this parameters like intelinject etc is for people that have igpu (i think that the tutorial writers in all forums assume that we have igpu), then i avoid that options. I have a RX 590 with hardware acceleration but maybe not as intel, for this reason is more difficult activate that

Hi dondiego, i have an DSDT and 2 SSDT ( this last i dont know if has effect). I not check InjectIntel and igplatform because my CPU not had IGPU (really i dont know if has necessary, i read that options only should be checked when you have Intel IGPU ). Otherwise the hardware acceleration works fine at least on VideoProc.

Hi dondiego, yes i use Lilu and whatevergreen kexts and iMacPro 1,1. That is sufficient to get Hardware acceleration on RX 590 at least for me Here my efi folder. http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=04578316482861182941

Hi dondiego, yes i tried with that (or something like that ), because this solution seems that works only with IGPU and my CPU comes without GPU. Otherwise i set SMBIOS to IMacPro1,1 and hardware acceleration works!!. Maybe i need to replace my CPU to activate Intel Quick Sync. I read that in AMD is posible activate the hard acceleration avoiding Intel Quick Sync using Ellesmere kext for Polaris. I dont knos if you speak Spanish, (your nick is a spanish name).

As i see that is only possible with an Internal GPU. I read about Ellesmere kext to solve this problem activating Hardware decode to Polaris, avoid Quick Sync. That is real? Many thanks!!

i understand, i will to try with SMBIOS ImacPro 1,1 after to migrate to Catalina. (I tried to download oralila Catalina Image, but seems that link is dead) Whats means dgpu?. Many Thanks MadL0n ********EDIT******** Now with IMacPro 1,1 works, and VideoProc recognize a hardware acceleration and VDADecoderChecker also, but VideoProc not recognize the GPU name ( but that is not important, otherwise aesthetic). What not work perfect?, some bugs?. If i try to use my Mojave EFI after to install Catalina will works or i will to need replace some things?. Many Thanks again!

Thanks!, its really necessary use Catalina?. I use Mojave with SMBIOS iMac19,1 and shikigva=128 but not work.

MadL0n, how can i to use all this features (hardware aceleration and encode/decode) on my RX 590 but without IGPU Intel?. I have a i3 9100f, but that not have internal gpu.

Thanks MadL0n i tried before with this tutorial, but setting shikiga=128 on the bootargs not works (I have an i3 9100f without IGPU). Exist other param that i should to set?

When i try to test my GPU with VDADecoderChecker says Error loading GPU renderer and VideoProc not recognize my video card. My CPU not have IGPU. As nothing appears in PCI section as difference your setups, i think that something is failing or missing to let my Hackintosh 100% or at more closer Again many thank to help me .

Hi MaLd0n!, i recently install my hackintosh using Olarila Mojave Image. Actually works apparently fine but when i see some post here, i know that my setup is incomplete because says that not have PCI adapters (https://ibb.co/m6LPqvc) and sometimes on boot appears (Couldn`t allocate runtime area error). For this reason i used RunMe to extract my PC data watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Jdy1po9vaU. Hi MadL0n, i have a I3 9100F (Without GPU) and a Radeon RX590. I set (Use shikigva=128 / AMD GPU with no IGPU Enabled or Processors without IGPU) on config.plist but i not had changes. How can i configure when i not have IGPU? Whast happens with that? -Coffeelake(9 Gen) IntelGFX 0x3E928086 ig-platform-id 0x3E920003 Check InjectIntel shikigva=60 Is necessary set this parameters still without IGPU? Thanks!!!
