More info... i was able to boot with -v -f into Snow Leopard... things appear to be working normally... but without the -f... doesn't happen.

I am one step closer, thank you I am able to boot in safe mode... but that disables the graphic acceleration of course... still freezing in the same spot without the -x flag... any ideas?

Hello, can you help with a patched DSDT for Supermicro X8SAX? I am having several issues and a patch doesn't seem to exist... - PCIe EVGA Nvidia 9400 GT 1024MB card not being recognized properly - iBoot for snow leopard works okay, but multishit will only boot successfully in safe mode. Otherwise it hangs and the screen goes black immediately after: AppleSMBusPCI:: start failed to get acpi path for provider NVDANV50HAL loaded and registered DSMOS has arrived screen goes black, monitor goes to sleep, nothing happens and need to do a hard reset. - Audio does not work ALC883 - plugging in a USB hard drive once the system is booted up causes an instant kernel panic Thank you Thank you!!!!
