I'm wondering if yosemite mbr patch is the culprit or the patch for wrong version. (Bad installation on hd?) I'll need more than that.

I'm dual booting with windows 7 on the second partition and OS X on the first. The hard drive is 128 gb ssd. My bios is set in csm. But you are on the right track because when I try to install ubuntu The grub 2 doesn't see os x. Myrtens.

Hi artur-pt, Thanks again for the nice dsdt. It never fails. My machine works better than a real Macbook.The only problem is the boot loader or the org.chameleon.bootplist whichever combination I choose and boot from hard drive, it results in kp. Any suggestions? I'm still booting from usb where I put the dsdt in extra. Thanks again Man, Yosemite is nice.

Thanks artur, I didn't think wifi card would work either. Please tell me which one is the device id and which on the vendor's id if you could.

Unfortunately the wifi is not working and I forgot last time to add this information about my intel centrino ® Advanced-N 6205 wifi card: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0085&SUBSYS_13118086&REV_34 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0085&SUBSYS_13118086 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0085&CC_028000 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0085&CC_0280 This is the info I got from windows device manager. Please also let me know which one is the device id and which one the vendor's id. Thanks

Hi arthur, Thank you for the prompt reply. My wifi card is intel centrino N6205, I hope it works. I'm attaching the ioreg and the aida 64 report which I run on windows. Hopefully it has enough info for a DSDT. Thanks PS: Yosemite installed with unishit, graphics work out of the box. Things that don't work are sound, usb works only in one port, can't boot from hard drive even with chimera installed in multishit. ioreg.zip Aida Report.zip

Hi arthur, I have installed yosemite on my laptop (hp elitebook) and I need a patched DSDT to get audio and possibly wifi working. My sendme.zip is attached. I installed chimera with multishit and still can't boot from my hard drive. There is no org.chameleon.boot.plist in my extra folder. I think the patched DSDT might help solve that issue too. Thanks for the prompt reply artur-pt. I'll try to find proper kexts for trackpad and webcam. Patching the dsdt was very noble. Have a nice weekend.

Hello artur-pt, I installed 10.7.2 successfully using the dsdt you provided last week. Thanks. The only things not working is: 1- Trackpad not found (scrolling on the touchpad not working) 2-Webcam shows in system information under usb but not working (only shows the spinnig wheel in photobooth) Beside these two things everything is working perfectly. Hello Gentlemen, I would like to install os x on my laptop, It's HP Pavilion dv2000, 32bit. I have some hackintosh experience but don't know much about dsdt. I need a patched dsdt for intel graphics GM965/GL960 and power management for intel core 2 duo T5250 and apple azalia audio. I'm attaching my dsdt extracted using linux live cd. Your help would be highly appreciated. Also need advice on which version of osx to install on this machine (32 bit). DSDT.aml.zip
