Thanks for the reply Artur-pt. I tried dsdt, for now Mavericks going to sleep and doesn't wake up (neither keyboard, mice or power button doesn't work), WoL still blocked by Mavericks, and new problem appeared, after couple of minutes of work the system is freezes.

Hello, I have Asus P8B75-V with i5-3450 (ethernet in PCI slot D-Link DFE-520TX, video Radeon 7750), Main problem that I can't solve is in Wake On Lan that doesn't work when Mavericks is shut down (if I push reset before Mavericks starts and push power off then WoL occurs. "Energy saver" I was checking of course). Second problem in sleep — it doesn't work. Computer goes off and then immediately wake up, and if send it in sleep secondly it just power off.
