successfully installed mavericks but now wont boot up

First of all, thank you so much for the bootable USB installer, it is great. I installed from USB, but I can't get it boot from HD installing Clover, neither Chameleon. However, it boots fine from USB selecting the "Boot from ". How can I install clover to my OSX partition so I would have the same settings as in the bootable USB? I'm booting from the USB every time I want to use Mavericks. Thanks by advance.
