hello after reinstalling ML 10.8.4 i got the same problem i can boot only with "cpus=1" i don't know what i have to do please help me

thank u for your reply but it does not working for me, after patching kernel i cannot be able to boot i tried all flags(-v -x -f cpus=1....) finally i had to reinstall ML 10.8.4 and now it's working well I think it be work only for HP pc thank u for your help

hello I already installed ML 10.8.4 on my PC with success but today when I started my hakintosh i get a kernel panic: BSD process name corresponding to current thread : login windows BSD process name corresponding to current thread : kextd BSD process name corresponding to current thread : configd BSD process name corresponding to current thread : UserEventAgent BSD process name corresponding to current thread kerneleventagent BSD process name corresponding to current thread kernel_task Whenever I restart my pc I received a kernel panic among those mentioned above the only way to boot is flag "CPUS=1" without it i cannot boot properly the problem that the system is only using 1 virtual core I am not surprised, since I am still using cpus=1... I was hoping that I do not have to specify cpus=1 once the system is configured - but no, it still needs this flag when booting - or boot process will not complete please help me

hello Artur my card worked well thanks to you but why doesn't appear as ATI 5470 or 5400 series it's appeared as ATI 5000

hello i always have a problem that i am unable to wake-up from sleep. I have to hard re-boot by pressing the power button. and when i put My original DSDT extracted by AIDA64 on windows in Extra folder i always have a Kernal Panic " unable to find driver for this platform:\"ACPI\"@/source cache/xnu/xnu-2050.24.15 lokit/kernel/IOPlatformExpert.cpp.1514" i can reboot only with DSDT=No I dont know, how to find the bug, where to start or how to trace..
