Hello Artur, unfortunately I can't handle my sleep-mode issue. I have to say, I found out that restart is also not working. I already tried the "restart fix" in boot plist, but the problem won't disappear. I am willing to install LION again, if it would fix my sleep-mode issue (the beeping after wake up, no flashing LEDs during Sleep) Greetings from Germany Steven

Hello Artur, thanks for your help All I did for Post-Installation was running multishit to install the dsdt.aml file which I patched. I downloaded system-info and hit the "check" button. All hardware is shown with a green confirm-symbol except some intel stuff which is indicated with a smiley ( ) Do I have to do something here?

Hey guys. Thanks a lot, but I still have some issues with my dsdt and of course my mac. I extracted my dsdt with aida64 and patched it with the files found for my board and soundchip here on the board. Unfortunately I have some issues. (check zip archive for screenshots) 1. Sleep mode seems to work, but unlike windows, no LED or else is indicating anything. 1.1. After it wakes up, my board starts to beep very loud. It sounds like a malfunction for RAM or GFX, but after beeping several times my hack seems to work fine. 2. Sound does not work. It is beeing recognized in the systemprofiler as an alc885 (see attached pictures), although I checked gigabyte homepage which says it is an alc889a. However, I can't select a output device in "Audio" in System Preferences. 3. It would be a pleasure to have full qe/ci working for my gfx card. Specs are: GA-P35-DS4 Board with F14 BIOS (newest) HD6450 from ATI, it's a HIS 4GB DDR2 RAM Intel core 2 duo with 2,13 GHZ (e6400) I attached the send-me file aswell as the untouched extracted dsdt and the one I patched. I am a little bit dissapointed since nobody answered... even if noone can help, it would be great. However, I extracted my Dsdt using AIDA64 on my P35-DS4 and my Lenovo y560 On this Forum I found a patch for my GA-P35-DS4, but I had no luck with my notebook. Does anybody has an adive for me? Hello Guys, I am using a hackintosh since 1.5 years now and I like it very much. Since it works I always wondered what a DSDT is and how I can make my own to get e.g. Sleepmode to work. (Hardware: GA-P35-DS4 F14 <- This might be the BIOS version?, Intel Core 2 Duo e6400, HD5450 with 1GB GDDR3, 4GB RAM and an LG-Drive) I found this Forum and I hope somebody can help me either doing my own DSDT (and Patch it?) or find anyone with a similar MoBo who has a working / patched DSDT already. If you need any further information please ask. I really like to get some missing features to work P.S. A few days ago I tried to make a hackbook. Currently it runs with several vodoo-kexts and LION 10.7.2 Maybe someone can give me advice how to make a dsdt for my lenovo y560 0646 ? (Hardware: i3 370m, HD5730m 1GB GDDR3, 4GB Ram) Thank you in advance for reading. Best Steven
