OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 bootable USB for Intel PCs

Hi, getting KP when first booting from USB I have an ASRock H61M-VS motherboard and Nvidia Geforce 210 which has been running Yosemite ok (never got Applestore etc working). I have created the USB as instructed and rebooted with it as the first boot device but it kernel panics saying that it is unable to find driver for this platform with the error code 1665. Tried adding nv_disable=1 but that seems to make no difference. Having never used Clover before I have no idea how to troubleshoot the process, any advice would be appreciated. thanks nic
