Kernal Panic ACPI Error?

Hey guys, im getting this error when trying to install OSX to a VirtualBox machine Here is my setup So all in all i mount my Mountain Lion ISO and get this error kernal Panic "Unable to find driver for this platform: \"ACPI\ I have done lots of googling and tried different versions of hackboot, but i cannot seem to find a definitive answer, any help would be greatly appreciated.
