    i may have a DSDT but i cant extract and then compile it as when i try it fails with errors that are fatal rather than just warnings.

    hello - i have looked at http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/308325-guide-1011-full-speed-usb-series-89-keeping-vanilla-sle/ but as mine is USB2 only does this apply? Also i do not have a DSDT at this time so i cant edit it thankyou!

    Hi I have installed El Capitan but my board only has USB2 ports and once installed i cant use any USB port at all. Could this be patched so my USB works? thanks Send me imac.zip

    Hi For this test i was using the onboard ALC269 and this is the one that disappeared. Is there any chance that its possible to have both output devices available ? thankyou!

    Hi - i added this DSDT but in doing so my sound went away. I stopped looking at the sleep/HDMI issue due to this so could you help me in the sound problem before i can move on? I removed the DSDT and the sound came back again. many thanks

    Hi Could you possibly help me get HDMI audio working out of my GT 610 and also sleep as that does not work. I also cant login to the app store but i am unsure if that is related or not. thankyou Send me iMac.zip

    Thanks - much better, the hiss is gone but the volume is pretty low and i have applied the volume fix. I will try some other speakers to see as they are monitor built in ones and potentially a bit rubbish. Is there a big trick to get audio over HDMI as this is the first time i have tried and even though HDMI shows as an output device although no sound does! thanks

    Hi I have used VoodooHDA 0.2.61 to get audio working on this machine however there is a terrible background hiss and the volume control does not work it just ends up muting it when full off. Are there any hints on how to get rid of the hiss? I am not using a DSDT on this machine as i cant seem to find one for the board in the Optiplex and its difficult to identify it. any help? thanks
