did not work. one other thing i have noticed is that when many apps windows are open before the hibernation, when i wake it up the system behaves strangely with trackpad/mouse not moving and mismatched keys on keyboard (for example, when i press caps lock button, the cd tray opens up) etc. This only happens when as said various apps are left open before the hibernation.

i managed to fix errors and apply the patch but the problem isn't gone. the dsdt i am using is attached DSDT.aml.zip

i have extracted using clover on an usb key, before booting, this gives errors too! DSDT.aml.zip

since it gives me errors, i cannot save it as .aml, i can only do a .dsl

i have no dsdt, i just use the one MaciASL extract when you open the program.

man, you saved me! That's definitely a solution. it is working with hibernatemode 21, but when it wakes, the usb mouse/keyboard are dead.. should i use some other mode? is there any place to look for which would be the best to me?

man, i don't need any pope francisco here i had it working perfectly with mountain lion, going to sleep and waking up very good. Now i got it working on mavericks, it's just one little issue. I need some help with the controllers patch, not a miracle
