Hi Sreecharana, first check whether the patcher is compatible with your macOS Tahoe version and your NVIDIA GPU. If the app doesn't open at all, try opening it from Terminal to see whether it reports an error, and check whether macOS is blocking it because of its security settings. Also, keep in mind that NVIDIA graphics support depends heavily on the GPU model and macOS version, so the patcher may not work on every setup.
